Q: How do I return my purchase?
A: No worries! If you’re not in love with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and contact us at service@miracostudio.com to get started.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our return policy requirements. Return postage costs are not covered unless the item is faulty.
Q: What if I need to return a gift?
A: Of course — we want you to find a gift that makes you happy!
Please read our Return Policy to make sure that your gift is eligible for return, and email us at service@miracostudio.com with the order number to start the process.
You can exchange your gift within 14 days of delivery for another item of the same value. Any price difference, shipping fees, customs, taxes, and import duties will incur an additional cost.
Q: I accidentally broke my favourite piece. What should I do?
A: Oh no! Although we can’t take responsibility for jewellery damaged during wear, we want to help however we can.
Send us an email with some clear photos and a short description of what happened, and we’ll get back to you with advice on what to do next.
If it’s within 3 months of the delivery date, a small fixing fee may apply depending on the case. After 3 months, it’s more likely that a repair fee will apply — but please feel free to reach out for a quote anytime.
And if you just need to replace one earring, we’ve got you covered! We also offer single replacements for sale.
Q: What does your packaging look like? Is it gift-ready?
A: Yes — all of our pieces arrive gift-ready in our signature floating black frame box, designed to keep your jewellery safe and looking beautiful.
For an elevated unboxing experience, you can also add our hand-tied ribbon at checkout. Simply select "gift wrap" when placing your order.

Q: What types of clip-on earrings do you offer, and how long can I wear them?
A: We’ve got several types of clip-on earrings to suit your style and comfort — here’s a quick guide to help you choose:

Q: Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
A: All our earrings are nickel-free, which is a common allergen. We also offer gold-plated finishes that are gentle on most skin types. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you find the best options for your needs.
Q: Do I have to pay customs and duties?
A: It depends on your location. Customs duties and taxes are determined by your country’s regulations, and they may apply to your order. These fees are not included in the price of the items and are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

Q: Can I wear clip-on earrings while playing sports or sleeping?
A: Clip-on earrings are not designed for sports, especially activities with strong movement like running or swimming. However, some customers do wear them for lighter activities such as dancing. For example, one buyer shared that she wore our coil-back dangle pearl earrings to a wedding party — she danced all night and even fell asleep with them still on. The next morning, one earring was still secure on her ear, and the other was resting safely on her pillow!
For sleep, we always recommend removing your earrings and storing them in a sealed bag or jewelry box to keep them safe. That said, if you happen to fall asleep with them on, it’s usually fine — just know you might find them next to you the following morning.
Q: Are clip-on earrings a good gift for my grandmother?
A: Absolutely! Clip-on earrings make a wonderful gift for grandmothers and older generations who want to enjoy beautiful jewelry without the need for pierced ears. It’s always heartwarming to see them shine in elegant outfits with a touch of sparkle.
For ease of use, we recommend styles such as screw-back, paddle-back, or mini-back clips. These designs are very simple to put on and remove — just open and close.
If your grandmother enjoys trying new things and is comfortable with a little extra step, coil-back clips are also an excellent choice. While they require sliding onto the ear (see our guide: How to Wear Coil-Back Clip-On Earrings), they are known to be exceptionally comfortable for all-day wear.
Note: We believe everyone should enjoy the beauty of earrings — even without pierced ears. Since every person has unique earlobe shapes and thickness, the best choice is always the one that feels right for you. Pick a style you love, try it on, and let the experience guide you.
